Late Payment Penalties: Late payments will incur a penalty of 5% per week on the outstanding amount.

Ownership of Work: Clients own the final design unless it’s a template; in such cases, assets must remain on a plan with Listella-provided hosting.

Intellectual Property Violations: Clients are responsible for the content on their websites. Listella Marketing assumes no responsibility for any intellectual property violations.
8. Confidentiality
All client information will be handled securely within Listella Marketing. We may use your contact information for marketing and advertising purposes, but your information will not be sold to third parties.
9. Termination
Conditions for Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice.
Refund Policy: Upon termination, the full order value must be paid within 7 days. Interest accrues at 5% weekly for late payments on the amount owed.
10. Warranties and Liabilities
Warranties: Listella Marketing provides no warranties.
Limitations of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration based on Vancouver, BC laws.
12. Changes to the Terms of Service
Listella Marketing may update these Terms on the first of each month if necessary. Clients will be informed of changes via email.
